Intermittent Echo errors

Echo

When attempting to post new events to the Echo API, we are intermittently receiving errors such as “503 Service Available” or “500 System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException”. This will be slowing down the sending of new reports through to Echo. Reports will be retried until they are accepted by the API.
