[Resolved] Scheduled maintenance on 19 August 2026

We will be performing some scheduled maintenance to our services on Wednesday 19th August between the hours of 05:00 and 08:00.

This will involve a period of downtime while our database cluster software is upgraded. This could last up to 30 minutes, but will hopefully be shorter.

We will be carrying out some scheduled maintenance on our systems on Wednesday 29th July between the hours of 05:00 and 08:00. We do not expect the work we’ll be doing to impact the running of any of our client services, but as with any maintenance there’s always a small risk, so we wanted to let you know just in case. If any downtime does occur, it should last no longer than a few seconds in most cases.

This is to allow us to complete some failovers of core systems, testing our disaster recovery procedures and to ensure continuity of service during a subsequent platform upgrade.
